Dr. Marisol Capellan is an internationally recognized and award-winning educator and coach. She is a lecturer at the Miami Herbert Business School, a leadership and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion speaker and trainer, and a certified executive coach. Her passion is to increase the representation of Women in positions of power.

Dr. Capellan has trained companies and coached executives on mindset, leadership and diversity, equity & inclusion. She has coached employees from Google, Salesforce, Warner Media, BlackRock, The Lending Club Corporation, UC Berkeley, and others. She has delivered workshops for NBC Universal, American Tower Corporation, Universidad Andres Bello, Universidad ESAN Graduate Business School, Universidad Iberoamericana and more. She was featured as an Unstoppable Woman on NBC Universal’s Telemundo Latina 2021 list. Also, in 2021, she won a Public Voices Fellowship Award, the prestigious Women in Leadership and Empowerment Award from the South Florida Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
