Jen Donahoe - Head of Publishing & Marketing

Jen Donahoe’s career sounds like every child’s dream job - making toys and video games for a living. For well over two decades, Jen has served as a digital gaming publishing, marketing, and growth leader at industry titans Riot Games, EA, Zynga, and Scopely and led product marketing for toy industry giants Disney, Hasbro, and Mattel.

She now serves as the Head of Publishing and Marketing at gaming start-up HiDef, founded by industry and entertainment veterans Anthony Castoro, Jace Hall, Rick Fox, and Dr. David Washington. 

As a member of marginalized communities herself, Jen's passion is disrupting the game industry's traditional practices by creating diverse and inclusive teams whose underrepresented voices unlock the creativity of the next generation of game creators and players.
